theft, cyber stalking and cyber murder, whatever that is. Below it the

§ 1028. Fraud and related activity
in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and
information
(a)Whoever, in a circumstance described in subsection (c) of this
section?
(1)knowingly and without lawful authority produces an identification
document, authentication feature, or a false identification document;
(2)knowingly transfers an identification document, authentication
feature, or a false identification document knowing that such document or
feature was stolen or produced without lawful authority;
(3)knowingly
possesses with intent to use unlawfully or transfer unlawfully five or more
identification documents (other than those issued lawfully for the use of the
possessor), authentication features, or false identification documents;
(4)knowingly possesses an identification document (other than one
issued lawfully for the use of the possessor), authentication feature, or a
false identification document, with the intent such document or feature be used
to defraud the United States;
(5)knowingly produces, transfers, or possesses a document-making
implement or authentication feature with the intent such document-making
implement or authentication feature will be used in the production of a false
identification document or another document-making implement or authentication
feature which will be so used;
(6)knowingly possesses an identification document or authentication
feature that is or appears to be an identification document or authentication
feature of the United States or a sponsoring entity of an event designated as a
special event of national significance which is stolen or produced without
lawful authority knowing that such document or feature was stolen or produced
without such authority;
(7)knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority,
a means of identification of another person with the intent to commit, or to aid
or abet, or in connection with, any unlawful activity that constitutes a
violation of Federal law, or that constitutes a felony under any applicable
State or local law; or
(8)knowingly traffics in false or actual authentication features for
use in false identification documents, document-making implements, or means of
identification;
Ok, now that we've determined that were not profiting off the use
of any information posted by ourselves regarding prantil. Further, aren't
falsifying any documents in a effort to benefit from prantil in any way, shape
or from be it financially or otherwise, lets move on to our next point.
Miss
Prantil is twisting this definition around to fit her grounds for accusation for
the most part by saying that were using her information without her permission
and thus, were stealing her identity. Please read the following USC that not only allows us to post her

The First Amendment of the United States
Constitution protects the right to freedom of

First Amendment from interference

Since this person has decided to come up on the Internet to
procure highly negative and defamatory, or liable speech against us going on
four and a half years now, We've decided to exorcise our right to free speech in
the way of communicating our side of the story and to dispel any false
accusations coming from prantil.

652B Intrusion
Upon Seclusion
The Supreme
Court has rendered several decisions on invasion of the right of privacy
involving this Section and ? 652E. The case of Cox Broadcasting Co. v. Cohn
(1975) 420 U.S. 469, holds that under the First Amendment there can be no
recovery for disclosure of and publicity to facts that are a matter of public
record.
The case leaves open the question of whether liability can
constitutionally be imposed for other private facts that would be highly
offensive to a reasonable person and that are not of legitimate concern.
We believe that our
message to the public is nothing more then a conveyance of what we consider to be unlawful activities carried out
against ourselves by prantil, and that it further constitutes our right to convey a legitimate
public alarm, or concern to the public as this same person could harm their well being in some way etc.
We carry this out via posting any and all information relevant to this
persons behavior and location. Furthermore, any and all information that is obtained from
public records via county, state or federal government agencies regarding
prantil's troubled past.
We do this to show a pattern of negative behavior on
prantil's part, to gage her lacking in credibility etc. We are well within our rights and thus, this is in no way can be considered identity theft as
prantil would have everyone believe.
Cyber Stalking and
Spamming. Miss Prantil has recently accused us of alleged cyber stalking and
cyber murder however, these are malicious and false allegations procreated by a online scam artist who has been caught red handed in ripping off
on-line businesses, Who's been caught yet again openly slandering innocent
people on and off the internet.

seriously.
Miss Prantil accuses us of allegedly cyber stalking her however, this
is just another ploy, or slander from a demented person who doesn't have any
real, or clear concept of what truth really is. Or ,it could be that Mary is
staying in true form by accusing others of the very same things she's carrying
out against others.
Cyber stalking
is as generally listed above that further fits prantils behaviors and not our
however, when you have a person like prantil dumping trash about you all over
the internet you have to respond to set the record straight.
This means
combing the web for any trash postings made on you by this cyber ass hole, this
in itself leads to spamming even when this is not your intention simply because
representation needs to be present under every malicious posting she's made to
which are in the thousands. And thus, prantil is blame shifting once more while
attempting to throw suspicion from herself.
Prantil also
seems to be caught up on a perceived, and alleged death treats coming from
whomever, this in itself shows paranoia coming from prantil and further lacks
any evidence backing up her claims. Regarding cyber murder, I've never heard of
this and don't have any idea of what she's speaking in regards to here other
then just some of her crazy babbling.
Perhaps Mary is
trying to say that she can't lie her way out of factual happenings and that she
has been caught red handed, That she's been exposed for who and what she is. ( A
lying criminal ).
