Mary Prantil likes to run her mouth about "I GOT A LEGAL CHARGEBACK" yet, it was anything but a legal chargeback as she obtained the services of a spell casting and then didn’t pay for it.
It would be construed as a misunderstanding if this only occurred once however, Prantil charged back on Mr. Cahill and his site of www.magicangelspells.com three to four times after this.
When speaking to Cahill and asking him why he let her get away with this so many times he replied : "I was just trying to get what she owed me for the first spell casting. Again, he went on in saying: "She kept promising to pay me but then wouldn’t ". Further Mr. Cahill stated:
"She told me that she didn’t have any money and that she said she would pay me next week, but all I ever got from Mary was a chargeback’s". This doesn’t sound like a legal chargeback to me and further, sounds more like lies and deception on Mary Prantil’s part in acquiring free services from a online spell casting business.
Miss Prantil keeps applying this situation to us however, it didn’t take place with the www.bloodloveandlustspells.com site as there were never chargeback’s coming from Prantil against the blood love and lust spells site.
In short, Mary Prantil NEVER charged back against Jan or her site. Prantil attempted to by attempting to counterfeit fake invoices in attempting to make Pay Pal believe that she had an account with the Miss Windglows site, to which she didn’t.
Pay Pal knew what she was trying to do and closed Prantil’s account with them, Especially when Miss Prantil started having so many complaints turned in against her for scamming businesses on and off line.
The only one scamming, counterfeiting, committing credit card and wire fraud here is Mary Prantil. Mr. Cahill is only one company that Prantil carried this out against as there are two or three more that I can think of off the top of my head. Again, Prantil scammer accusing others of what she has personally carried out against the innocent. Please read the transcripts below.
