Firstly,
let me just say, GREAT WORK to the entire CNN crew and Anderson Cooper for
excellence in journalism. Good story and collar on Cathy Cruz Marrero guys, as
this is nothing but a scammer who's seemingly is playing the system, like Mary
Prantil LOL. I'd also like to thank CBS and the many other news agencies for
their fine reporting on this story as well.
Oh my, my, my, what's not right
about this picture? Well, it looks like this individual apparently has five
felony charges on her; Mary Prantil has eight charges against her. This person
likes to launch frivolous laws suits against others that moreover smells of
insurance fraud, just like Mary Prantil has done to others in the past as can be
seen in public record.
Now, this person is considering suing the mall for
releasing, or leaking the footage of her "tripping" and her spill into the
fountain. Why would she be upset about this especially when this only shows
what actually happened to her? Or something that could actually help her case
should it be legit?
I think, if they look at the footage closely enough
the authorities will see that it was all planned from the start. Why? Because
no one falls into a fountain quite like that, besides I thought she had briefly
looked up at one point when watching the footage.
And let's not forget the “theft by
deception charge”, what's that about? Are these felony charges saying that she's
not an honest person, or that her charges against innocent others could be
suspect as a result of her credibility?
“Stolen property”, you say? Now,
why would they charge the "Fountain lady" with stolen property via deception and
unlawfully using a co-workers credit card to the tune of $5000.00 in some mall
without her permission?
Sounds
like a case of merchandise theft, credit card fraud and identity theft to me,
much like what Miss Prantil has been claiming against innocent others and
further, what she's actually been caught doing to others via verifiable Pay Pal
charge back records.
Mary
likes to sling charges at us of "ripping her off" for a total of $5,000 yet,
this amount seems to be a favorite sum when it comes to scammers, why is this, I
wonder?
Mary had stolen around $5,000 from various online businesses.
This fountain nut ripped off $5000.00 from a unsuspecting co-worker, you say?
I've also noticeded that this lady is 49 years of age, wow and wouldn't you
know it, Mary is 49 as well, lol!
You know, I'm just having a little fun
in comparing these two women because it seems that there's a mold, or school
some place that these two folks graduated from, the school of criminal intent
and deed, lol.
Well, if the Fountain Lady ends up attempting to sue the
cell company for making her look down at her phone instead of just watching out
where she was going, and then the mall for making her fall into that fountain, I
think we can write it all off to a total scam.
Moreover, if she attempts
to sue the guy who put the water into the fountain that caused her to become
wet, and then trying to sue the people that made the fountain, or the fountain
itself for jumping in her way because it didn't like the way she was dressed, I
think we could safely say that she's a scammer.
And lastly, If she tries
to sue the news agencies for reporting on this story and further the Internet
for airing It on Utube, only then will know for sure what this person's doing,
or what her intent actually would be, lol .
Alright, I was just having a little
bit of fun there however, this is exactly what I'm really put off about in the
way of criminal personalities playing the legal system.
Now, here's the kicker, are you
ready? While in these two instances of Prantil and Marrero, both of these
women are tied up in the courts on five to eight criminal charges while at times
initiating law suits on other innocent persons or companies.
Both women are commuting
questionable acts while waiting to go to court for what the state or federal
government considers to be multiple serious criminal acts. To use another
example, it's all most like permitting a state prisoner to sue his rape victim
for damages in slipping and twisting his ankle on his way to commit the criminal
act of rape. Of course, there's always going to be someone who sees opportunity
in representing someone like this, wouldn't you know !
Basically, what I
think occurred here was in that this person was on the make to score some big
bucks from a big old rich mall. I guess she grew tired of scamming for chum
change and decided to score big through using our very own legal system against
us.
In closing, this type of
thing cost tax payers BIG TIME through bogging down both the civil courts
through bogus laws suits, and criminal court system through affording these
scamming criminals the same rights that we have. Yes, in the United States we
are considered innocent until proven guilty yet, where do we draw the line?
In short, if we have a person with a
long history of criminal behavior and convictions to boot, or a person who's all
ready tied up in the courts on several specific charges all relating in the same
areas of criminal behavior, such as Mary Prantil and the Fountain Lady, then we
need to cut some of the red tape and go ahead and get, and keep these people OFF
the streets.
It's time that we
go after the criminals of society and clean up our towns. I mean, it's not like
they're to hard to find, as a good many of them are hiding in plain sight while
thumbing their noses up at everyone in using our own justice system against
us.
Their like cockroaches, if
you ignore them for to long they become less and less afraid of you even when we
turn on the lights. In fact, they all sit up when you walk into the room
waiting for you to feed them lol, and this is what we have going on today with
people like Mary Prantil and the Fountain Lady. Again, thank you to all that
expose these two bit criminals.
