The
primary goals of the stalker is to control you through the use of
emotional warfare, or nasty head games via saying things that they
think will to upset and harm you emotionally.
It is
through this that they hope to gain psychological control over you by
eventually wearing you down into submission.
In our
instance not only did Mary Prantil say about every nasty and untrue
thing she could say about another human being, but also enlisted the
aid of federal and state agencies via turning in false reports in her
attempts to harass and cause harm to our good reputations, business
and personal welfare.
Often
times these stalkers like to proclaim how "well" their
doing in life however, it's quite the opposite as their in many
instances at the bottom of the barrel in that they have no real
accomplishments, no goals or sets to show for any hard work and so
fourth.
The
typical stalker in my opinion is a cowardly control freak who wishes
to exert control over others in life even if it's bad mouthing
someone on the Internet. It's pathetic I know; but it is what
it is.
Online
stalkers like to mimic much as a parrot simply because their not
smart enough to even write they own attack posts outside of the
numerous or repetitive malicious and sarcastic statements they make
about another person.
You will
also notice that they like to "text switch" a lot of the
time to both confuse the readers of a particular site and to try to
use the victim's own text against them by simply switching their name
with the victim's name within that same post written against the
stalker by the victim.
The Mary
Prantil stalker is notorious for carrying out this activity as can be
seen on multiple web sites. Another thing you'll notice with
online blog trolls is in that when they run out of things to say, or
have been called out concerning their textual switching, they tend to
copy and past the same textual trash 40, 50, 60 or 100 times in a
row.
They do
this in a effort to drive the factual post made against them down off
of the engines however, this doesn't work as all anybody has to do
would be in typing in the stalkers name and it will show up to no
matter what directory or page it's on.
As I've
said before, the search engines have 40 or more pages under each
directory. Another point, Search engines have infinite numbers of
directories to them and thus, once the stalker's name is out there,
it will remain there for years.
Again, as
I've stated before on other pages on the site, stalkers seek constant
attention such as Mary Prantil craves and thus, if you don't address
their insane accusations they will send you links to their crappy
posts about yourself or moreover start calling and emailing you
excessively.
We
personally like it when our stalker Mary Prantil starts doing this to
us. Not only does this give us new evidence against her to possibly
use in a court of law, but also gives us new material to post against
her on the Internet.
If you
respond to the charges they make against you but don't directly
respond back to them, the stalker takes this as a form of ignoring
them in a most disrespectful way. It really cuts through to the
stalker's heart lol. Remember, a stalkers main objective is to
be noticed and validated.
When the
stalker cannot obtain this they feel rejected and become extremely
angry at the victim. This in turn causes them to become careless in
making mistakes such as inadvertently revealing their identity or
location.
The
stalker's game is in embarrassing and belittling you and so, we turn
the tables on these morons via finding some dirt on them through
background checks and exposing their short comings all over the
world.
Actually,
we love it when stalkers come to us because it saves us the trouble
of locating them in their little hiding places.
Of
course, stalkers like Mary Prantil just can't resist hitting a target
that they consider to be weak, or a person that they feel to has
compassion for others to some extent.
I read a
article on one of the web sites I've cited on this site that went on
to say that these stalkers actually seek out folks and services that
they know will try to assist them emotionally just to become offended
in the end by the offered emotional help.
You see,
the stalkers like Prantil have a rigid perception of themselves and
should someone challenge that particular mind set or view of self,
then the stalker becomes hostile or even violent such as can be seen
in Prantil's criminal records.
Mr.
Cahill, Jan Windglows and myself suggested to the stalker Prantil
that she seek psychological help and thus this sent Mary Prantil
tail spinning into a four year slander attack against all
concerned.
Another
thing we personally experienced with Prantil was in that she
attempted to turn various people against one another through her
subversive interferences such as using deceptive means, or
impersonation tactics.
Prantil,
used her impersonation tactics in pretending to be my ex-wife to
which was made easy for Prantil by my ex as she was speaking to her
for a while and moreover, yielding personal information about our
marriage etc. This in turn fooled me into thinking I was having
a conflict with my ex instead of with stalker Mary Prantil.
This
stalker caused some additional problems to a all ready problematic
situation via her deception and head games.
I think
it escapes most folks in the legal and law enforcement communities
pertaining to the long term effects stalkers have on their victims in
the way of causing emotional distress and sickness and so, let us
explore this aspect of aggravated harassment for prolonged periods of
time.
Emotional
Repercussions To The Victim Of Stalking
Most
people aren't geared to handle criminal behavior such as this because
most of us have been conditioned to abide by the laws of the land.
We find
it very hard to stoop down to the level of the criminal and their
activities, we're afraid to fight fire with fire and so we become
helpless in the face of the adversity the criminal creates in our
lives.
Basically,
what occurs in the victim's life as a result of this negative attacks
coming from the online blog criminal or stalker can be a slew of
emotional problems such as being extremely frustrated, internalizing,
anger, depression that turn into other problems like headaches and
stomach problems and nervous and sleeping disorders just to name a
few things.
We
internalize and become initiated with insurmountable levels of stress
that in turn leads to illness, or in elevating an all ready existing
illness as a result of the stalkers activities.
We
further feel hopeless when law enforcement and the legal community
can't assist us in resolving our problem with a out of control person
and lastly, we feel alone and on our own in some cases.
When a
person like Mary Prantil is allowed to violate various laws simply
because the legal authorities have bigger fish to fry then this only
adds to the frustration.
When the
legal community only seek the fee instead of doing the right thing,
this only adds to the problem of online stalkers stalking innocent
persons.
When our
law makers refuse to amend the laws, or create new and enforceable
laws, then this only adds to the hopelessness for the victim of such
crimes to which leads me to my next point following below.
These are
crimes that the stalker carries out against the victim that
eventually need to be looked by law enforcement and the legal
community as real crimes and not just juvenile mischief.
These
crimes should be upgraded from misdemeanors to felonies that carry
harsh sentences leading to longer terms of imprisonment and heavy
fines.
We must
start realizing that the crimes committed by the stalker and Blog
Trolls may not kill directly however they do cause serious health
problems not to mention killing folks indirectly through stress and
suicides for some that see no way out of a horrible stalking
situation.
Stalkers,
are self-centered uncaring people who sow disaster wherever the go,
who moreover care nothing about the laws or the people they torment
endlessly.
Stalkers
are people who premeditatedly get up every morning to harm anther’s
life in any way they can, Who's only goal is to bring down the
quality of a innocent person's life and health through treacherous
means for whatever reasons.
When you
stop to think about a situation such as this It's really doesn't
matter that a person is sane or insane as the problem exist and needs
a remedy, Right?
It
doesn't matter that a person feels that they have the right to harm
another persons life or business standing in the community, what
matters is in that you have one person criminality infringing and
harming another person's life.
What
matters is will, and can law enforcement be allowed to serve and
protect? As they once did. Will the courts and legal communities
protect the constitutional and legal rights of law abiding citizens?
In future days to come.
Yes,
there are many out there whom are currently being subjected to the
criminal acts of stalkers be they cyber stalkers or spousal stalkers
wanting to cause grief or physical harm to their one time spouses or
love interest. Something simply has to be done to address this
problem, Wouldn't you agree?
This
unlawful activity has long term emotional effects on the victims of
stalking yet, few places exist to aid the victim in working through
this type of crisis, Why is that?
We have
counseling for rap victims and victims of other violent crimes yet,
nothing exists for the victim of stalking in most states outside of a
court restraining order. Actually, there is no assistance for victims
of cyber stalking due to interstate jurisdictional problems.
We have
protection programs for the victims of other crimes yet we don't have
any programs in place to protect and assist the stalking victims. Any
way, these are my personal thoughts on this subject and I just don't
want to rehash what's all ready been discussed on previous
pages. In closing it's sad.
When
Stalkers Cause Death
Let's
talk about the reality that stalking brings to us and further, what
happens when stalking actually brings death to the victim to no
matter the form the stalking takes. To no matter if we deem the
stalker a sane or insane person etc.
For me,
it matters greatly when stalking occurs at all and especially when it
leads to the death of someone either directly or indirectly by a
cyber bully, or through the actions of a lunatic assassin.
Death, is the final result that brings the reality of it all home for
me.
The
finality of sudden death is paramount here; in not only the loss that
we feel and suffer for years to come, but the irretrievable loss of
life over all. Yes, we think about our loss but what about the
life that was suddenly extinguished?
Such as
the child who will never have the chance to grow u and experience all
the things that come with that?,To never know puppy love or
complexion problems.
To the
child lost in senseless homicide, they will never know future
birthday parties or speak to their siblings or parents ever again.
They will not be here, never again to be loved and hugged, and
to be given presents on Christmas.
They will
never know true love, marriage or succeeding in life. The child
will never know success or in obtaining their deepest hopes,
aspirations or dreams because their life was ended suddenly on a
violent note.
The grand
parents will never see their grandchildren again, nor will they be
here to see what becomes of their children or grand children. Just
think on that for a moment and let it sink in.
No more
Christmas holidays, no more Easters or Thanksgiving days, no more
joy. No more public or political accomplishments as the chance
to make this world a better place is gone.
For the
deceased it is all gone in a instant, in the flash of a gun shot. For
us, only exist confusion, emptiness and pain of loss. Death is final,
cold and permanent no matter what the circumstance or method. It
doesn't matter who pulled the trigger more so then the trigger was
pulled by someone.
Does it
really matter that a person whom caused this harsh reality to so many
was twisted in his pea brain? Not in my book. Does it
really matter that the stalker or assassin thought they were right?
Or thought they had the right to take anothers life? Absolutely not.
Does
anything really warrant the death of a child or innocent person?
No it doesn't. Do we have an obligation to show compassion and
sympathy to a mass murderer?
No more
then we would show compassion to a rabbit dog who has tasted blood
for the first time, in my opinion.
How
Do We Draw The Line Between Sanity And Insanity?
Do we
have a obligation in keeping a mass murderer alive for the next
thirty years just because some think that he can be rehabilitated?
I
don't think so. Stalkers that turn into mass killers should be
remanded to high security institutions with a quickly approaching
date for execution. At least those that have been proven sane any
way.
For the
killer to say "I'm sorry, I was temporally insane" or
"I found Jesus" means absolutely nothing and doesn't altar
the ultimate finality of their horrendous crimes against the
innocent.
Of course
our laws must be tempered with justice and mercy according to the
circumstances of a criminal case however, the law must be applied to
its fair and fullest extent as the law will allow.
In the
instance of the Arizona killer, I would rule whole heatedly for
capital punishment in this case as a person such as this can in no
way be rehabilitated, in my opinion.
Why
should we care about this persons dreams when he himself cared so
little about the dreams of others? Why should we ponder and consider
his fate when he himself judged death to six separate lives with very
little to no deliberation?
In other
differing instances of homicide due to insanity I would
institutionalize the offender for life as they are a danger to
society over all and just can't be released no more then you would
release a poisonous snake in your home. Why would we want to take the
chance in letting someone like this out?
Keep in
mind that the line between insanity and someone claiming to be insane
is drawn via the concepts of committing either a impulsive action or
action born out of premeditation.
Remember,
that a truly crazy person will suddenly carry out an act be it
violent or not without giving any thought to the repercussions that
the act will generate.
The very
act of premeditation before, during and after a lethal crime is
committed is contradictory to the condition of insanity as a person
must be aware of reality in order to plane and carry out a criminal
act.
Truly
insane people won't have this ability for the reason that they live
in a world of fantasy that further procreates illusive or unrealistic
conditions in the persons head and thus, would be incapable of
planning a given crime in the real world due to the lack of
facilities.
Is there
such thing as a Smart Crazy Person? I would surmise this could be the
case in some instances but who can fully establish the level of
sanity and insanity within a given personality at the drop of the
hat?
In the
case of a fifty year old man with the mind set of a six year old boy
that has a tendency to throw a temper tantrum and becomes physically
violent and injures, or kills someone because he didn't realize his
own strength, this is the line between societal forgiveness and
accountability enforcement.
This
person naturally isn't responsible for his actions and so, it is
people on this level whom should be considered mentally challenged,
or insane and not responsible for their actions.
Anyone
above this level that knows the difference between wrong and right,
or has a rough perception of what is good or evil action should be
held accountable for their actions.
Yes, We
could have a person that mental issues but still has it together
enough to carry out incredibly nasty or deadly acts yet, he's still a
problem and a great threat to society.
Life in a
institution or capital punishment is the line here between the two
and that's something for the professional doctors and courts to
discern with each given case. This is where we the public place out
trust in the people that we have appointed to lead and protect us.
You know,
I realize that the line between forgiveness and accountability is a
thin one especially when it comes to a young person, or various
degrees of psychical competence but we really do have to open our
eyes and see things for what they are, to do otherwise is just
foolish on our parts.
I think
what we have here pertaining to several shootings down through the
years are persons who we have deemed to be insane as a result of
their violent crimes, but I think we have been a little overzealous
in our past assumptions.
Billy the
kid was a violent person with a nasty disposition yet, we don't
consider him crazy. Dillinger was a violent killer, John Wilkes Booth
and others weren’t considered crazy yet they carried out their
killing sprees for self-gain or political reasons.
We might
think that they were insane solely because they carried out evil acts
that we ourselves would never do. We view our mode of thinking as
rational however, like anything else rationality is defined
differently with each individual to some greater or lessor degree.
These men
might have considered us insane simply because we chose to lead law
abiding lives lol.
These
school shooters and other shooters are more then likely people who
have become very disenchanted with society for whatever reasons whom
further give up in their own personal efforts in life and become
extremely rebellious and suicidal.
This is
why most shooters will be sure to leave the proverbial message on
tape or letter, commit the murderous act and then take their own
lives, (Going out in a blaze of glory) so to speak.
This is
all premeditated and or planned out from the start and to the
smallest degree. These folks plan and orchestrate these efforts
and thus, this is the sign of a rational forward think person with a
plan and not a nut.
The
shooter knows that he can achieve some form of "immortality"
as society will remember his violent and murderous act for quite some
time to come and that his name will be synonymous with a certain
area, person or region etc.
The
shooter knows that he will eventually be caught and thus, he commits
self-suicide to escape a life term in prison, or the humiliation of
being executed via legal action coming from the state of federal
government.
Crazy
folks would just commit the act and stand there looking confused as
to what happened and more then likely have no memory of what they did
etc.
To the
mass murders that make it to prison, these persons are given the best
food, education and medical treatment for years to come not to
mention becoming a prison celebrity.
Most of
the time the lives they lead in prison are much better then what they
had on the outside. They are even allowed to obtain a college
education and graduate with a college degree that is all paid
for; courtesy of the hard working tax payers across America.
Can you
imagine? Think for a moment of the victim's that suffered the
loss of their loved one only to see the perpetrator in prison for
years to come and knowing they are paying for a college education for
the criminal that murdered their child.
That does
not feel like any type of real "justice" but more like
a blatant slap in the face of the victim. The perpetrator
is getting "rehabilitated" is obtaining a college
education but the parents will never see or hold that child in their
arms ever again. Allowing this type of thing is almost worse
than the actual crime that was committed in the first place, in my
opinion.
When it
comes down to it, either a person knows right from wrong action, or
they don't. You have a person that can premeditate, or plan
something out in the way of an act to which indicates rational
thought process, or you have someone that has an inability to master
a rational thought process.
How do we
draw the line between the ability for rational thought from actual
insanity? In short, I believe that very few mass murderers are insane
because of their ability to plan a criminal act out to the letter.
I also
believe that there exists a inability on our parts to actually
establish, or discern actual insanity from personalities that
simulate insanity, but who do not actually meet the criteria of
insanity.
In the
final analogy, I would say that if a person is truly suffering from
insanity, or just attempting to simulate insanity that moreover
commits crimes of a murderous and horrendous nature, they should be
seized and held away from society.
It's not
inhumane or cruel to lock these folks away and only serves to protect
our way of life as Americans.
Remove
them from society indefinitely by whatever means being capital
punishment or remanded to a mental institution for life in the case
of homicide or multiple homicides.
When a
person takes the life of one, or many, they upon that action planned,
or not should subsequently result in that particular individual
losing their rights entirely as far as I'm concerned.
Assassins
And Magical Practice- Loughner Death Altar Set Up
We need
to see these shooter incidents for what they are so that we can
address this out of control problem in a efficient and legal way.
You have crazy persons and then you have people who give up on life
who moreover want to commit suicide, but also wish to make a twisted
and violent statement on their way out.
I
strongly think that Jared Loughner knew what he was doing and
planned it out to the letter however, I also believe he submersed
himself into temporary fantasy at times to which he had total control
over. I'd like to address another point in that this man had
allegedly set up a magical altar according to the picture that was
aired on CNN.
I am
considered a leading authority of magical practice and so, let me
give you my opinion of what this altar was about. The altar itself
was very crude over all however, it looked like he had it structured
for death magick.
From the
looks of it he had Elemental candles set up there in a reverse
rotation that more over resembled unnatural or unlawful magic. The
potting soil is typically used in "Earth spells", or "Death
spells" especially if the potting soil was mixed in with earth
taken from a grave site.
The skull
is typically seen on a death spell altars as it is symbolic of death
itself, or spiritual forces over death. This altar, no matter its
crude form was also a premeditated spiritual act on this person's
part before the killings took place.
Again,
setting up this altar even in its simplistic lay out is a form of
forethought, premeditation and planning concerning an event that was
planed shortly there after. In other words, death and killing was
obviously on this person's mind.
Of
course, to cast a spell for death is in itself not a illegal practice
however, to physically carry it out obviously is as we all know. If
the altar did in fact belong to him then this was a primary act to
which shows planning.
To think
that this particular individual is insane is absolutely insane
thinking on our parts lol. This person doesn't seem to be insane from
what I've seen. Believe me when I tell you, I know what dealing with
a insane person is like as I've refereed many to psychiatrist and
doctors.
The
colors and placement of the candles, earth and skull have a magical
significance to them. I bet if the police look over this area really
well they will find other writings.
Actually,
the whole lay out of this altar should have been a red flag for

what we think, do and say in life affects everyone around us and
