Internet Scams, Cyber Stalkers, Con-Artists, Cyber Bullies & Predators

Some say that the Internet is one of the last great frontiers of the modern age, or so I've been told on occasion by my colleagues as well.

I'm inclined to believe this to a greater extent however, likened to any uncharted land, or stretch of primordial sea, lawlessness tends to prevail in the remotest outreaches of the web, or what many recognize to be cyber space.

Today, the Internet is both a perilous and chaotic place where anarchy reigns supreme due to the lack of regulation, or proper cyber enforcement of existing laws that were essence set in place to govern its national, or international movements.

The question I ponder is, how can such laws be effective when they themselves are primary lagging, vague, conflictual, extremely outdated non-existent or perpetually adverse to one another? And therein exists the moral and legal enigma to many including myself.

Free speech in a democracy is a inalienable right that every American enjoys along with our other inalienable freedoms, or God given rights covered under civilities of the U.S Constitution yet, abuses tends to be excessively evident even here via the right to express ones concerns concerning the right to speak freely.

We really shouldn't be surprised that some less scrupulous people people find it amusing in abusing and mocking something that so many died for. We will find this sort of person abusing the just about anything built upon a good intent and or ideology that in-turn leads to a better way of life.

The Internet isn't as old as you might think it is, to those of you who are the younger viewers reading this. In fact, there are many of us old fogies out here who have actually watched Internet grow and evolve over the last thirty-eight to forty years or so. The Internet, like television was initially and primary met to be a vehicle for higher learning, a vast educational resource, or the informational highway if you will.

Yet, like everything else, it to has been abused and misused from its original concept and purpose to something more heinous. Or moreover, something to be used against a individual instead of benefiting them in any way. How sad is this, I ask you?

For the most part, the Internet is still a pretty good place be that further offers endless knowledge and opportunity however, with each passing day it becomes a much darker place, much to my dismay.

It has become a darker place due to the complacent behavior of others whom should know better such as the forum site Administrators and law makers who furthermore tend to loosely apply, or don't apply the laws of the land in the interest of self gain, or under the guise of offering the ambiguous user freedom speech to convey what they will about another.

Not all forum sites carry this sort of thing out, or conduct themselves in this way yet, many do and this is a sin in itself that advertly goes against Divine teachings and societies moral principles for the sake of financial gain.

Again, my stand on the the issue of free speech and anonymity on the Internet are as follows: I believe that Jesus said it best when he outlined the moral and spiritual laws of righteous thought, speech and actions pertaining to what you think, say or do. And how everything you think, say and do should be to the benefit of others as well as yourself.

In other words, ( Do the right thing by others and never bear false witness against your neighbor ). Yes, I'm all about free speech however, I also believe that you should mean what you say and say what you mean.

I believe that you should stand behind everything that you say and hold a personal responsibility and public accountability for what you do and say. I believe in things like love, mercy, tolerance, justice, fairness and the progressive ability of the human mind and spirit in serving the common goal.

Yet, how can these principles apply to those who believe differently, the rebels of society? Those who hide and further are protected under bastardized distortions of federal law ? Again, here within is the enigma that one must come to terms with.

When spiritual and moral laws aren't recognized, when the legal definitions of the law become so blurred, then what's left for you and I? Our laws are the very thing, or essence that holds a civilized society together while keeping it strong. This is the very foundation to both a moral and upright community, in short.

In the absence of law and order lawlessness becomes primary and thus, when this occurs we witness the second fall of Rome before our very eyes. And so, the problem remains in America. How does a person fight the evil found within the human heart?

The Devil isn't a fallen angel that never was but moreover found in the corruption of a sick and twisted ideology. Further, the lacking of morality and god judgment in a persons life. Evil is found in greed, lying and lawlessness just to name a very few things.

Miss Prantil is the secondary symptom of a much deeper and profound problem such as a failing legal system who is embarrassingly behind an ever expanding Internet that's more so, A legal community that is more concerned with protecting the civil rights of a mad woman more so then protecting the public at large against her insanity.

Please don't mistake me in what I'm saying here as I don't personally blame the legal community, or law enforcement for what's occurring on the Internet to date, but I am calling the attention to, and asking the U.S. Senate and Congress to adopt new bills that can be signed into law there of governing the Internet to some extent.

This can be accomplished quite easily with the issue of cyber stalking, and without impeding the rights of other innocent persons. This can be done via applying limitations and out right restrictions on mentally incompetent individuals like Mary Prantil with a long and proven record of instability and societal mayhem.  Again, it's easily enough done in safeguarding the public from her malicious activity by simply locking her away, or placing her in a more controlled environment where she can no longer be a menace to others or carry out physical harm against herself, as she has done so many times in the past.

After all, limitations are placed on child predators, people who peddle pornography, those who have been convicted of Internet scams and land based stalkers like Mary Prantil and thus, how difficult would it be to surgically remove a highly disturbed individual such as Mary Prantil from the Internet by restricting her accesses to cell phones, or in obtaining a Internet connection. Not hard at all would be my guess.

Hopefully, someone in government will read these suggestions and do something about it. Again, hopefully they won't wait until it happens to them personally before the choose to do something to remedy a situation such as this.

Until the laws are changed concerning hostile personalities such as Mary Prantil, until a case like Prantil's can be handled on a local or state level, the perverse aspects of humanity such as in the case of Mary Prantil must be tried in the public court, or by the good folks reading this and other accounts of the situation in question.

Now, we've been advised to simply walk away, or not respond to this individual as her mental illness is based on her desperate need for seeking attention and thus, the more attention you give a individual like this, the more they torment and feed off of you.

This was good advice I must admit; moreover given by some of the best Psychiatrists in the world. And yes it would end the problem for us over time but not the damage however this seemed like the easy way out to us. We ask ourselves, would it be the right thing to do in allowing her to simply find another victim, or to permit her in ruining another life as she's done to so many before.

Our answer to this question was "No", we simply just can't allow this to happen to anyone else if at all possible. Prantil is always blabbering lately about working for CNN, HBO and being a lobbyist for procuring a bill against cyber stalking, but this is just more fantasy, or roll playing on her part as nothing she says is ever true.

But even wisdom can come from liars and arch thieves as a good point made by this stalker in this brief instance. It's all most like she's taunting our law makers to come and get her lol, to which is very characteristic of a personality such as Prantil's. They always think they're above the law and smarter then everyone else even though their intelligence is quite low in reality.

Really, the only justice that can be served to the child molester, stalker or scammer on the web is by you the general public at large, how? By simply sending them into exile through their complete exposure. Track them down, gather the evidence and EXPOSE them to the world.

If you look at the scum of society, the ones whom feel that their smarter then anyone else or above the law, you will see that they heavily depend on ANONYMONITY and their seclusion in the shadows. Why?  Because it's all about the hunt, the chase, the chance of conquest over the unsuspecting. It's about conquest, control and power for sociopaths such as Mary Prantil.

Such as in the instance of the Prantil conflict, her anonymity was taken away from her and thus, so was her power of secrecy. When exposed people like this usually panic and further trip themselves up while carrying out additional things that further expose their activities in the end. Like I said, their just not that smart even though they would like to think so.

Another good thing to do is in gathering as much evidence against the person as you can be it phone recordings, email transcripts, telephone bills, video, pictures etc to use against them at a later time either in a court of law or over the Internet.

If the stalker leaves you a recorded messages on your answering machine then this becomes your property to use as you will, the same with emails. The laws very on veto's and still shot pictures depending on how you obtained them, or how your using the pictured material.

For instance, you can post a picture of a stalker, or pedophile on the forum sites but not your own to avoid copyright issues. You can post voice material on your site, the forum sites or U-Tube and Emails can be posted, or used anywhere. Emails and links are public information as they were created to be used in the public domain. Any sort of public record is legal to air in most, if not all states.

When you think about it, what does a Scammer, Child Molester or Stalker really have in common? What do they all dislike above all else? How can you discourage them from coming around you, or your family ?

Their all predators, they all depend on stealth and secrecy, they're all control freaks and lastly they all prey on the weaker and more gullible, or desperate members of society.  Basically, their all bottom feeders with no real goals or dreams, other then getting over on society in some way while making a game out of it.

Sadly, the Internet is fertile ground for these predators as they can often times remain private and pretty much untraceable, There's plenty of victims and they know that they can commit their crimes across state lines without much fear of being caught.

In essence, the web has become a open field for all kinds of unsavory activities and people that is impart due to the over all lack of federal guidelines or regulations, as we all know. Again, the only way to fight this sort of Individual is to confront them head on via challenging your attackers for proof of statement and then exposing their activities to a mass audience.

The last thing that most cyber stalkers expect coming from you is to actually turn to confront them on the Internet with the cold hard facts, or to face off with them while publicly pushing them for the proof of their allegations against you. After all, their game is in stalking you, attempting to scare and keep you upset, To menace you and your family, and most importantly cause you untold stress.

What I did was in doing this same thing to prantil while she was operating under the fictitious name of "Honest Person" of all names. And then one day I just took a stab in who I thought it was by naming her on "Rip Off Report" and it paid off. Why? Because she soon admitted as being herself.

Then of course, we matched her writing style to which tied her to most of the post that she was making on us under her forty something names she was using. So, you see, cyber stalkers really aren't that on the ball. Some time went by and I kept prompting her to actually name the persons who allegedly "scammed" her on her blog sites under her real name.

Basically, I stated to Prantil that if what she was saying was true, then she would have no problem in standing behind her accusations under her real name, and she fell for it as her ego just couldn't pass up this opportunity.

Prantil actually started copying and pasting her slanderous reports up on her personal blog pages and there of allowing us to link her style of writing and content of statement to the numerous negative reports posted all over the scam forums.

It also allowed us to further profile, match and confirm her bogus reports by comparing the new statements she was posting on her sites. Even though this confirmed exactly who this cyber stalker was to us, we needed more evidence against her.

Of course we didn't have to wait long as when Miss Prantil can't get a rise out of you over the internet, she tends to start writing you emails. If you don't respond to this then she begins calling and actually leaving nasty voice messages as you can hear under our voice evidence.

These voice messages were extremely helpful as she left the time and date of calling and threat in her own voice lol.  As I said, Prantil is far from being a rocket scientist via all the mistakes she's made.

If your stalker likes leaving annoying phone messages and emails, and or snail mail, then this is a excellent thing as this leaves a paper trail such as IP addresses and phone bill records. If you have the time, you can also pick apart anything a cyber stalker says by simply finding contradictions in what they say.

Let a little time pass and then confront them with the lie as I did with Prantil on a weekly basis to which only served to confuse and bewilder her. Most cyber stalkers are just plain hateful and thus, their hate drives them and nothing else.

Everybody knows that it's best to cool down and maintain clear thinking before engaging in any kind of conflict. It always helps to be armed with the truth however, Prantil didn't have this luxury.

Should you decide to place your case before the public regarding the forum sites, then have your facts straight and the evidence readily available for all to see. In most cases these tactics will be effective and the public sentiment will turn against the cyber stalker and in your favor. Why? For the simple reason that you have proved your case and most people want to avoid cyber stalking idiots like Mary Prantil.

Regrading porn predators and child predators, I would just say that these idiots just need to be exposed in any way possible such as looking them up on the public record sites and posting the information you find on them such as mug shots and convictions. It's all about protecting your children and the children of other folks.

This also applies to rapists, serial killers and any other low life out there that work against the laws of the land and whom only seeks to harm the innocent. In short, It's up to us to police the Internet and not the obligation of the federal or state governments at this point.

Of course, it would be nice to have a more effective legal system that could resolve internet cyber stalking issues however, this isn't the case to date and we can't wait for them to act . It's simply prudent to protect ourselves at this point. Just because the Sheriff is gone fishing doesn't mean that we have to succumb to a bully riding through town.

Pertaining to confidence games or scams, It's all about education here as these criminals rely on your greed and ignorance to the facts. No one is scammed unless they permit themselves in being scammed.

If you take charge of your life by putting desperation in check, placing your greed in check and educating yourself with the facts of any given situation, or opportunity that comes along, then I can guarantee you that you'll never be scammed again.

Common sense and knowledge is the key here. No one is a victim on the Internet unless they want to be, even when unforeseeable attacks come along and hit you out of the blue. Your either a victim, or you choose not to be a victim. You can be scammed, or you can turn the table on the scammer and cut off their food supply via knowledge and exposing them.

Miss Prantil is a scammer of the worst kind as we all know, coupled with the fact that she's a socialpath and moron as well, whom excessively and maliciously harassed the proprietors of many online businesses until they just gave in and further yielded to her whatever she wanted.

Well, we all know how this turned out lol. I will just say that criminals will come in under any guise much like a wolf wearing sheep's clothing, or a little wounded bird looking for a simple little love spell such as Prantil did

We believe in treating the customer with all due kindness and respect with a huge portion of temperance, fairness and respect however, the customer isn't allays right and a person or company must take a stand at times as we have against our attacker Prantil.

I just can't tell you how sick it makes me to hear a person, or business up on the Internet kissing someones hind quarters especially when the company or person hasn't done anything wrong. They kiss butt simply because the don't want the person to get up on the scam sites to slander them, we obviously don't agree with this position and think it's a bit cowardly.

We believe that if we're wrong, or have made a bad decision, then we will admit to it publicly and make it right with the person involved, and even issue a public apology. On the other hand, were not going to back down, or give in to the blackmailing or extortion coming from criminals like Prantil.

When business owners give in, or back down from hostile personalities such as Prantil, it only serves to enable and reward this negative behavior coming from the criminal/scammer. I mean, it paid off for the criminal as they obtained what they wanted from you so why should they stop?

Like any blackmailer, just because you pay them off, or give them what they want, this doesn't ensure that they will leave you forever, Why should they? I mean, your'e a source for them now whom moreover remains under their thumb. You see, this is Mary's game and fits her method of operation from person to person. Again, Mary Prantil is a sociopath, in addition to other unsavory things.

When business owners yield to a con-artist like Prantil, or give in to her excessive negative taunting, abuse and harassment, they only make it worse for the next guy that this criminal will eventually seek out.

Prantil is a simple creature who lives from moment to moment that becomes accustom to what works for her and what doesn't, no more and no less. Prantil, and others like her are nothing special that moreover can be found a penny a dozen when you look down into the crazy pot, they can be a problem should you run into them and not deal with them in the correct way.

If your a business owner running a decent and honest business, then the public will know your merit and moreover, nothing some idiot says about you on the Internet will mean a thing however, It is important to represent yourself should the occasion call for it. The worst thing a person could do is ignore a cyber attack.

You don't have to have a conflict with some idiot like we've been engaged in with a nut job like Prantil, but it is important to make your presence felt.  Otherwise, people will tend to believe the negative untrue smut about you, as there's nothing else to prove otherwise, and this could harm your business.

In the case of Mary Prantil, she often times states that your "reputation is everything", and I agree because it is.  This is why this retard scammer goes after a person's good reputation on the web.  Especially those who won't give into her ridiculous demands, lies, and scams.

I find it extremely pathetic that she states this repeatedly on Twitter, especially when she's the scammer tearing apart the reputations of good people while trying to come off like she is "the victim".  But this is what the scam/con artist does and that's how they get into the lives of unsuspecting persons.

I would really like to take this time out to express our thanks to all the sites out there that have allowed us to use their site links and resources in exposing this troublesome person of Mary Prantil, and further say that it has all ready assisted a fair number of folks in avoiding Prantil and others like her entirely.

I'd also like to thank everyone out there for your support on Facebook, Twitter, Wordpress, Google, Yahoo and a good many of the forum sites that has further tolerated our many reports going up in response to Prantil's mass trash spamming campaign.

We are in the business of helping folks achieve a spiritual quality in their lives and not so much into dealing with stalkers however, we do what we have to do when the challenge arises. We do what we have to do in Divinity's Holy Name.

If this means coming up here to protect our good names then so be it.  If this means coming up her to ensure that a malicious evildoer such as Prantil doesn't find new victims to prey upon, then so be it. If this means exposing this evil person Mary Prantil to the world for the next twenty years, then so be it.

Lastly, If this means beating down evil until hell freezes over, then so be it. Again, Thank you so much everyone for your continued love and support, may your days and nights always be full of love and peace.
