How To Deal With Stalkers, Blog Trolls And Other Cyber
Criminals
Stalking is a ridiculous
problem that our laws are severely lacking in addressing via allowing the
mentally ill persons or just someone with a grudge to get up on the Internet to
lash out at whomever they will from behind closed doors.
For four years we've
personally had to deal with the stalker of Mary Prantil who comes and goes with
her Internet attacks against us and so, the only time we have any peace at all
is when Prantil is locked up in a jail or mental institution
somewhere.
The only advice coming from authorities over the years was something like block her from our email, change our phone numbers, placing a restraining order
against her, or perhaps suing her in a civil court.
These suggestions are not
only lacking in resolve but ineffective against someone like Prantil
besides. This particular stalker already has multiple restraining orders and
eight to nine criminal charges against her there in Manhattan New
York.
Despite these orders and
criminal charges, this mentioned stalker still manages to stalk yet new victims
and thus, even these actions seem to be horribly insufficient in my opinion.
Again, this particular stalker Mary Prantil is like the Queen of stalkers as she
doesn't just stalk a person, but carries it on into criminal activity as
well.
Miss Prantil's activities
are not only harassing, menacing, irritating and malicious but also criminal as
well in light of the activities that can be traced back to her. Activities such
as stalking, cyber stalking, spamming negative untrue content for years at a
time, cell phone account and computer hacking and physical assault with a weapon
of some kind on another's person just to name a few things.
Again, if you look at all
the stalker profiles and case histories you can see where Prantil shares a good
many attributes with several of the high profile stalkers, and then some. The
only way to deal with stalkers is to confront them head on to stop them in their
tracks as we have done.
If the stalker is physically stalking you then a restraining order is your best bet. Once you have
the restraining order against them, show them no mercy as they will take your
kindness as a sign of weakness and pester you that much more.
Remember, that a stalker
lives in a world of fantasy, bent morals and values if any, constant bad
judgment that's coupled with a sense of false security and twisted emotional
process etc. In short, not a rational person that understands what your telling
them.
I know your more then
likely sick and tired of hearing the name Prantil by now however she is a good
example and moreover a case that my wife and I are familiar with. This stalker
has absolutely no concept of what the word NO means or a statement like "Stay
Away From Me."
You would think that the
average person would have no trouble understanding these statements, and they
don't, yet stalkers do. The first thing that you have to realize is that your
not dealing with a sane rational individual that has the powers of discernment
over right and wrong actions any more then a spoiled five year old child
would.
Never Back Down From A Stalker
So what's this mean? This
means that you never back down from a stalker. Be fearless in the face of their
abuse; never yield to their demands and show them that you say what you mean and
mean what you say. If you tell them to leave you alone and they don't honor your
request, then show them that they should listen to you through a restraining
order if their in your area.
If they're on the
Internet, then again the same rules apply and you should confront them with the
facts, even if you have to do it over and over again to the point of spamming
yourself in response to their trash.
NEVER PAY to have negative
comments removed off the scam sites. Why? Because this only encourages and
enables these sites to continue with on their unethical procedures. Besides, it
won't help you to do this anyway as the stalker will be back five minutes later
to post more trash about you.
Truth and facts are your
best defense as your in the peoples court and they will determine who is real
and what postings are bull shit as folks aren’t stupid. The stalker depends on,
or counts on your fear of them and thus, if your armed with the truth and
maintain a fearless disposition against the stalker, they have lost from the
start and the charges they make against you will go nowhere.
Don't settle in just
fending the stalker off, but continue on to warn others about your specific
stalkers behaviors as this will prevent others from becoming a future victim of
a given online criminal. No matter what the stalker says or does in the way of
harassing and stalking you, DON'T GIVE IN, don't give up.
Don't be the hunted,
instead be the hunter and take control away from the stalker. If your stalker is
a land based stalker you would do this via collecting data on the activities of
the stalker such as taking dated pictures of the stalker outside of your home,
or following you home from the store or event.
Keep any kind of
electronic communications such as emails, postings, mail or answering machine
recordings concerning any hostile messages or otherwise. Gather eye witness
accounts of the stalker's activities around a particular event, or the home and
make sure it's all dated and factually documented.
This is all necessary when
you take the stalker to court as it gives the legal authorities a better idea of
what is actually going on for how long and to what extent. In the past, stalkers
have been given credit for being intelligent, and they are to a certain extent
so don't underestimate them.
We all have our areas in
which we excel however, our stalker wasn't gifted with intelligence, if she had
a brain she would be dangerous. The goal of the stalker is control by
manipulation, but this is a two way street as far as I'm concerned.
When the opportunity
presents itself, turn the tables on the stalker whenever possible by catching
them in contradictory statements or other actions. From what I've read, and
according to the Mary Prantil stalker, their ego gets in the way more times then
not for them, so use it against them whenever possible.
Again, most stalkers like
to toot their own horn so they can look good to everyone yet they are very
insecure people despite their mouthy and nasty behavior. It wasn't hard to trip
our stalker's personality as she is a habitual liar that can't remember what she
had said two sentences before.
Don't Barter With A Stalker
Don't ever barter or trade
with a stalker as they will tale this as a sign that your on the run, or that
they have you where they want you. Adopt a "No Hostage policy", no matter what
they say about you, or threaten to do to you. Stand your ground and take no
prisoners in short.
To barter with a
psychopathic sociopath is like kicking a Grizzly in the ass and then hoping that
he will forgive you while giving you a big kiss on the cheek; not going to
happen. These are predators who enjoy the hunt that will moreover use anything
against you, even your kindness.
Stalkers like to make you
feel alone in many instances however, YOUR NOT. Typically a stalker will have
many people that their carrying out the same exact negative behaviors against
aside from you.
Research your stalker on
Google, or Yahoo; type in their name and you will more then likely run across
someone else that I being stalked by your stalker such as in the case of
Mary Prantil whom was stalking four other people online aside from us. If your
lucky enough to know who your stalker is, then run a background check on
them.
Most stalkers are loners
that come off as very likeable people at first but whom spend most of their time
at home, or on the computer, the internet is their life. Remember, never baby
talk a stalker, bargain with, nor plead with them.
Toxic Psychic Vampires
Please never forget that
these people are Apex predators whom further consider you "dinner", or at the
bottom of the "food chain". They are very toxic psychic vampires who only want
to such your life force away through conflict.
They want your lifestyle,
they want your name, their insistently jealous people who will do or say
anything to get what they want. It's a love hate relationship from what I've
heard as they hate you worse then any enemy yet, they want to own or be you in
most instances.
Like I said previously,
they are hunters that like to hunt what they consider to be the weak members of
society for whatever reason.
If you really want to
throw the stalker off and screw up their all ready crossed wires existing within
their small brains, stop being the hunted by turning the tables on them and make
the hunt yours. You'll find that they will turn tail and run
eventually.
The Last Thing A Stalker Wants
Don't give up your pursuit
of the stalker; but instead, ride them hard, or into the ground where they
belong. Go after them with factual postings, court records, public records,
background searches and whatever else you can find on these low lives. Post it
all and never quite until you drive them back into the sea of shit from whence
they came.
The last thing a stalker
wants is to be exposed in whatever activities the have enacted towards their
victim and thus, when you shine a huge bright light of exposure on them and
their activities this can be life altering for them to say the least.
This strategy moreover
puts them into defensive mode instead of strengthening their attacks against
you. So, taking the battle to them can only serve you more then exposing your
backside to these criminals.
Stalkers like Mary Prantil
will say anything to harm you or your family emotionally. They will say anything
to scare, shock or belittle you in the public eye and so, you must have a thick
skin and be willing to move forward with the onslaught against the stalker no
matter what they say or do.
Most experts state that
it's better that you not confront, speak, or reply back to the stalker and I
believe this is good advice to a certain point depending on what a situation is,
or what it calls for.
Yet, in our instance with
stalker Prantil, we believe otherwise. In short if your reputation is worth
fighting for then by all means fight for it with the attitude that failure is
not an option. What we have with the Prantil stalker is a little different then
with other stalker personalities.
Why? Because our stalker
never seems to stop posting her trash and further seems hell bent on destroying
our business via dumping her trash, spamming crap behind each and everyone of
our on line advertisements everywhere we look, or in the past anyway
lol.
Concerning the online
stalker, If you see a bunch of trash about you on the scam sites you can always
ask the servers and host of the sites to remove the negative content about you
however, the law doesn't require them to do this for you to date due to the free
speech act. Laws must change before they are legally bound to a remove request
however, some sites will remove it once or twice fr you.
Gripe Sites Like Rip Off Report Making A
Buck
In some instances they
won't, simply because they use the excuse that they don't wish to violate
someones free speech no matter how offensive or untrue it is to you. Remember,
these types of sites are set up to take in revenue in removing negative posts
from their sites so they like nasty posts and conflict as this is the way they
make money.
When people like Prantil
post smut on their sites this is a good for their business at the expense of
other innocent people and on line businesses.
We've been lucky enough to
have six or seven of Prantil's trash sites removed. Seven out of fifteen sites
she posted against us on the Internet. They were deleted on the grounds of hate
speech, spamming and offensive material and impersonation.
Her latest trash site
deleted was called JanWindglowsScam to which you can see when you type in my
wife's name on Google.
Should your stalker be
carrying out their negative stalking activities on line, you do have a few other
options open to you aside to the ones mentioned above.
You can always pay off the
trash site to which I don't advise in doing, or you can hire a reputation
management service to repetitively submit your positive links while attempting
to push the negative links off the engines.
This might be a viable
option for you, but remember that the search engines can run forty pages back so
this may take a lot of money and time depending on how many trash posts you have
up on you. We do our own submitting and it like a 24/7 job in itself.
Most stalkers like Prantil
will use and abuse social media to get their trash out and so, you must fight
fire with fire while using the same social media to counteract the trash post
being made by the stalker.
Like I said, the stalker
uses anything they can against you and thus, you must dig up their seedy little
secrets along with any criminal records they might have in order to show the
public that not only are they lying but that their a criminal as
well.
Important To Post Rebuttals
To re interate a point
previously made pertaining to stalkers, I would say that even though it's not
advisable to have direct conflict with a stalker like Prantil it is important to
post rebuttals to the stalkers charges as some people will have a tendency to
believe the negative statement should they have nothing else to go
on.
We weren't versed in
dealing with stalkers in the beginning and spent a good deal of time responding
to the stalker only to find that facts and truth mean absolutely nothing to the
stalker in question.
We've also notice that our particular stalker seemed to
move in cycles with her statements or charges AND CHANGED NAMES FREQUENTLY when
confronted with the facts; even court documented factual information,
etc.
If you present your case
to the courts and folks on the Internet in a correct and systematic way, you
then have the power of truth behind you unlike the attacking stalker and thus,
people reading your defense will be rational while accepting your defense over
the trash that the stalker might be posting.
The stalkers goal is in
upsetting you emotionally and moreover physically so please remember not to take
whatever the stalker says personally as it's all garbage designed to harm. The
term “ Don't Feed The Troll” simply means don't fight with the stalker on a
personal level as is giving the stalker the attention their seeking in the first
place.
We made this mistake with
Prantil on several occasions by addressing her directly when we could have just
addressed the charges without actually addressing this personally over the air
ways. We know now that the worst thing you can do to a stalker like Prantil is
in not responding to the criminal directly.
We did a little experiment
at different times through the years via not responding to this stalker. We
wanted to see how she would be affected if we took away directly confronting
her, etc. By not responding to her charges this dramatically effected her in a
negative way via taking away her attention.
Of course this really set
her off and she began posting more trash then ever before and then she would
send us a link of the trash she posted just so she could invoke a response from
us. The stalker Mary Prantil also began calling and emailing excessively. So, if
you want to collect evidence on your stalker just quite responding for a time
and let their bad habits work against them.
Use Your Stalkers Personality Against
Them
Stalkers like Prantil seek
excessive attention and validation, and thus can't take the silence or rejection
of their victims not responding to them.
Their ego's and nasty behaviors take
over and cause them to make one mistake after another such as leaving you plenty
of nasty emails and phone calls that you can use against them later in a court
of law, or up on the Internet.
It about turning your
attacker's short comings against them. It's about making making everything work
for you in life if at all possible, even if it means using a stalkers own
personality against them.
Use the stalkers ego against them. Use their temper
and contradictory behaviors against them to aid you in your defense against the
stalker's attacks.
Land based stalkers are
more handleable in my opinion especially if they're close to you in the
neighborhood for the sole reason that a victim has more options at their
disposal such as restraining orders however, this can fall short of handling the
over all problem at time as stalkers care nothing about the law in the first
place so why should they observe a restraining order?
Actually, there's been
cases of stalkers like Prantil going to prison and returning to their victim
upon their release.
Really, the only real way for society to rid ourselves of
this problem stalking would be in all pulling together to drive the stalking
idiots back to the idiot colony on a remote island deep within the jungle
somewhere lol.
Facebook & Twitter -The Stalkers Breeding
Ground
In the end, Facebook and
Twitter seem to be a breading ground for these stalkers, VIOLENT STALKERS at
that, as we've all seen in the news just recently.
I really believe that we
need to pull together collectively to put all this violence and stalking in
check via passing some really stringent laws in essence.
For example, the “Make
My Day Law”, harsher and longer prison sentences and capital punishment. It is
what it is, and there's no use in burying our heads in hoping that it will all
go away one day on its own.
Again, allowing mentally
ill, or subversive people to do as they will while protecting them behind the
"Communications Decency Act", and the "Whistle Blower's Act" is positively
insane any way you look at it.
To allow these unstable folks to post their half
baked and demented ideologies without any safety checks only puts us all at
risk.
Civil
Rights
How can
someones words put us at risk? Because they contribute to the fantasy and hate
speech of that person that eventually become violent activity and so fourth .
The words of a sick person not only fuels the fire of their insanity but
contributes to intolerance, hate and animosity toward government bodies,
etc.
If we look
at the rights of a juvenile or minor, we can see that the civil rights of these
young persons in question are restricted to a greater degree. Why? For the sole
reason that the majority in society deems them lacking in the ability to make
rational decisions and or judgments for themselves.
In essence,
the juvenile could possibly make bad decisions that would ultimately cause
themselves and others harm or possible death.
We restrict the movements of
persons under the age of 18 concerning the consumption of alcohol yet, they do
have the right to join the military and moreover to engage in combat, the right
to die in combat.
At the
magical age of 21 we consider the young person an adult and further yield to
them all inherent rights of civil freedom.
What is the distinctive factor
between one person having civil rights and another being refused these same
civil rights? Answer Is: The ability to make rational decisions that protect the
young adult and those around them.
My question
is, why do we allow persons over the age of 21 whom have long term verifiable
mental illnesses and criminal records to enjoy the same rights that we deny to
others under the ages of 18 and 21 for whatever reason/s?
Especially
when these sometimes ill and criminal personalities obviously are not capable of
making good decisions in their own life that moreover, harm the lives of others.
In short, they have the inability to make prudent decisions in their own lives
much like a five year old.
When a
person is convicted of a violent crime and further does prison time as a result,
they are refused the right to vote while in prison and then refused the right to
bear arms upon release.
Many
stalkers and mentally ill persons with long held criminal records and mental
issues are seemingly gaining access to guns. In this case, shouldn't we have
safety checks here to prevent violence from occuring? These issues seem to be
serious oversights of federal and local governments.
When we
allow a person on the Internet, or to go into a store to buy a gun, aren’t we
asking for trouble on a grand scale? I would deduce so given the long track
record and history of shootings, deaths and other violent events we've seen
occur in this country over the years.
I just don't
believe that were all equal and that most of us need to be protected from the
nut cases and or the mentally ill through vigilance and reformed laws that
address these issues.
Where does it all stop, I
ask you? Does it stop at free speech in where no one is made to stand behind
what they say about another? Do we protect the criminal element by allowing web
sites like Rip Off Report or Ed Magedson to profit off of people like Mary
Prantil in the way of allowing her to victimize innocent persons up on his
site?
The Law
Will our federal
government continue to afford these violent online criminals, assassins, and
stalkers to hide behind out dated and perversely misdirected and abused federal
laws met specifically to protect the whistle blower, or government informant, I
ask you?
How long will we permit
the lawless ones to have the very same rights and priveledges that we as law
abiding citizens maintain and enjoy?
How long will the gripe
sites like ROR continue to escape their accountability under the current
bastardized use of The Federal Decency Act in permitting the unscrupulous few to
post trash on others with complete immunity while absolving themselves of any
wrong doing via citing distorted definitions of federal law?
How long must we endure
these senseless public assassinations? Assassinations that could have been
completely avoided.
When will we take charge of our country by simply using
prudence in institutionalizing our mentally ill, instituting capital punishment,
and doing away with life sentences for those who commit haneous
crimes?
When will we learn to see
the problems approaching us and moreover take corrective measures to prevent
needless suffering and untold deaths as a result?
There is a balance or medium
to all things including our laws as sometimes certain aspect of a law must
altered to catch up with whats going on in a given society. In short, Federal
laws must be passed, enacted and enforced according to a societal
trend.
There's an
old saying that goes something like this “ You can adhere to the law so rigidly
that you actually violate that same law in which your so earnestly live by and
hope to enforce”.
In other words, we enforce laws to protect the innocent but
instead are protecting the criminals and mentally ill persons that abuse these
laws in addition to the efforts to protect the innocent, therefore profusely
throwing the law of balance off almost entirely, which is producing the opposite
result in many or most cases.
Some might be asking
themselves what does this mean specifically? It simply means that laws are made
to protect the innocent and further to keep society running smoothly. To evoke
fairness and justice in any given dispute through our laws.
To maintain a even playing
field where everyone plays by the same rules and thus, a civilized society that
is formed and maintained. Laws are made to benefit the common good in a given
society that further rights any wrongs that might occur within that
society.
To wrongly apply the law
in a way that protects the criminal, or person who cares nothing about, or lives
outside of the law, for the mere sake of upholding the law without discretion or
discernment, only violates the law itself.
Why? Because the law no
longer serves the good of the common wealth and moreover is being used against
the innocent via the criminal who knows how to play and or use the system to
their specific advantage or purpose.
Again, I cite the first amendment under
freedom of speech act and the whistle blowers act regarding the concealment of
authors who commit Internet slander, harassment and bullying, which do not
maintain any type of responsibility whatsoever or provide any proof to back
their statements.
When our local and federal
governments become aware of criminal personalities, or mentally ill persons
carrying out harm against innocent others, then that local or federal government
should all ready have laws, or tort in place to correct the offense before
offenses even occur in some cases.
Laws that allow the law
enforcement and the legal communities to act as a set of safety checks against
known criminals both on and off the airways.
How? In withdrawing
certain constitutional rights of that mentioned criminal, or emotionally
disturbed person to prevent harm to the innocent at a future date
etc.
Child molesters, stalkers
and other types of land based predators apparently have several enforced
restrictions against them upon conviction be it a child molester or stalker.
For
instance, restriction from being around children ,or computer restrictions for
the hacker, a certain footage that a stalker can be in proximity concerning
their victim etc.
Cyber stalkers like Mary
Prantil are just as dangerous as land based criminals and should be afforded the
same restrictions upon conviction as land based criminals, or other types of
violent repeat offenders.
Miss Prantil is a land
based criminal with a very long two to three year record of charges according to
state of New York, and an "Internet Terrorist" as far as I'm concerned.
This is
the perfect example of a person that seemingly has mental issues who is violent
and who has maintained a high visibility over the Internet for the last four
years in her harassment of others.
I believe that it will
take new laws and the involvement by not only government but private Individuals
as well to rectify some of the serious issues we have plaguing this country
today.
The social networks should
observe free speech but also notice that their are liabilities to free speech as
well along with exercising prudence in allowing what type of content they will
permit on their sites and what's not socially or legally accepted.
I earnestly advocate free
speech yet a person must recognize that certain liabilities and
responsibilities come with the right of free speech.
I don't totally advocate
government involvement on the Internet yet, I don't see any way around it unless
laws are passed that hold host, servers and site owners liable for any content
posted on the sites.
Moreover, reporting
suspicious, hostile, hateful or violent activity to a special task force when
they become aware. Laws that will hold site owners, web hostings and web servers
responsible in reporting possible incidents such as what we had here in Arizona
very recently.
The scam, or gripe sites
need to observe and review the laws to ethical practice not to mention using
prudence in what types of folks they allow to post on the sites in question.
Again, these sites would need to be regulated in my opinion as they benefit
financially off of the misery of others under the guise of bring resolution to a
conflict, to which is nothing but a farce.
Moreover, they need to
consider what is posted out of legitimate concern and what is repeatedly, or
repetitiously posted with malevolent intent to harm anothers reputation,
physical well being or over all life.
Yes, our laws must be re
evaluated and caught up to date to fit the rash of senseless violence occurring
on our public streets.
It's only prudent to to be aware and equipped to handle
new problems that seemingly never stop unfolding within our communities,
wouldn't you agree? "We the people" is where it starts.
If you stop and think
about it, the latest incident involved a assassin who was nothing more then a
child himself. A child who apparently took offense and decided to go out and
kill six people to date. A kid who has records of various psychological problems
with a long criminal record to back it all up with.
This disturbed child like
many others before him became fixated on a public official and went on a
murderous killing spree and yet, no one knows why.
Does this sound like
something that should be going on to you? Does this sound like something that
could have been avoided? I think so.
We have two choices at
this point, two directions that we can take as a nation. We can allow the
lawlessness and carnage to continue, or we can step up to the plate and be
responsible and accountable for our actions as well as our
inaction’s.
To do nothing makes us
just as guilty as the criminal, and to take action, be it great or small only
brings out the nobility and good in humanity.
If we don't do the right
thing for ourselves then we should at least do the right thing in memory of not
only the little nine year old girl whom was recently lost in the murderous
blitzcree, but all of our children that were ever lost due to this type of
insanity.
Our prayers are with all
those whom lost their lives, who's dreams and aspirations were instantly snuffed
out with the flash of assassins bullet. A kid who snuffed out his own life
without really knowing why he did what he did.
Our condolences go out to
all the families whom are victim to this tragic event and may your pain subside
in time if at all possible.
Our prayers go out to the Congress woman whom does
the best she can with what she's given, and may Divinity pull her through to a
speedy recovery quickly with the many others who were wounded and fell during
this unjustified attack.
